Enrollment is contractual in nature. Upon enrollment and admission of any student, it is a presumption that he/she and his/her parents agree to abide with all existing rules, regulations, policies, and requirements concerning the student’s duties, school activities and discipline as stated in the student’s handbook and other official communication.
I. Assessment
- Assessment schedules for the incoming school year will be given starting January of every school year. All applicants must be assessed before their level assignments will be finalized. The recommendation level is final.
- Should an applicant be required to take summer classes, he/she will be reassessed prior to enrollment.
- Slots for the morning and afternoon sessions are on a first-come-first-served basis.
- For a minimal fee, old students are given the chance to reserve slots within the pre-enrollment period. The amount is deductible from the total initial payment upon enrollment. Slots will be reserved until the second week of April only.
II. Admission for Grade School/Junior High School
a. Requirements for New Applicants
- Form 138 (Report Card)
- Form 137 (Transcript of Records)
- Certificate of Enrollment
- Recommendation letter. Download forms here: Grades 1-3, Grades 4-10
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Birth Certificate
- 4 1”x1” pictures
- Assessment Result
***Transferees should have an average grade of 80% or higher and should not have any disciplinary case in his/her previous school.
b. Transient Students: TLA accepts Transient Students during the first semester only. They are also required to submit the items in section a.
c. Incoming pupils from the TLA Kindergarten level shall be automatically admitted to Grade I unless he/she is required to take remedial classes. He/she will then be assessed after the remedial classes for level placement.
